Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy “has not heard” about U.S. President Donald Trump’s invitation to visit the White House, but hopes for a positive meeting with him.
“I have not heard about the invitation. I think that any of our meetings with the American president should end with a positive result for both sides. And I think that this is how we should approach any of our meetings,” Zelenskyy told reporters during a briefing on Wednesday.
The president also stressed that Ukraine is ready to sign a framework agreement on minerals.
